Wilson K. Wilson was President of the New Earth System in the 25th century.
He informed the Fourth Doctor that New Earth lost contact with the outlying worlds of Davy Crockett and Little Yugoslavia, while the Doctor warned him the system was dealing with the Werelox and the Daleks. He offered to negotiate with the Daleks, but the Doctor told him the Daleks couldn't be negotiated with.
When Joe Bean informed him that the Spacehog was rigged with explosives to ram the Dalek battlecraft, Wilson said that it would be suicide. Wilson was confused about how the Dalek ship disappeared before Joe could attack it. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom)
