Supreme Marshal Falaxyr, full name Falaxyr Urr'n'Jaas, was an Ice Lord and Slaar's boss. He was a member of the Eight-Point Table along with Aklaar, formerly known as Abrasaar. Aklaar renounced being a warrior and became an abbot. Falaxyr worked with the Daleks to acquire an ancient weapon called the GodEngine, which was made from scavenged technology Osirans had left behind centuries earlier.

The Daleks devastated Pluto's moon, Charon, which was inhabited by human scientists. They resorted to a stunnel to escape. The Ice Warriors led by Falaxyr hijacked the stunnel and coerced the humans to help construct their superweapon. (PROSE: GodEngine)
