The Celestial Hyperloop Corporation were an organisation responsible for the operation of the Punchway that affected San Francisco in 2016. When the leaking energies of the wormhole caused humans to mutate into gargoyles, the Ninth Doctor, Mickey Smith and a partially mutated Martha Jones travelled to an outpost on Shirov-three where they managed to shut down the punchway. The Corporation subsequently sent a rescue ship to collect the passengers who had been stranded on Earth as a result of this. (COMIC: The Transformed)
