Adelaine Dutemps was a Dalek duplicate made from the DNA of the Dalek Time Controller and lived in Paris. She worked at the red pagoda. The Eighth Doctor asked her if she knew where his TARDIS was. She was a dancer, and also dealt in stolen goods. She tried to keep the Doctor in her establishment. She had a Dalek in her house and called the Time Controller her husband. She was turned into a Dalek. (AUDIO: The Monster of Monmartre)
