Captain Damien Colley was the captain of Cassandra, which he named after his daughter whom he believed to be dead. He opted out of the war between Pevana and Calabraxia, choosing to transport passengers and cargo between the two powers.
To get revenge for his daughter's supposed death at Glory Hill, Captain Colley agreed to take Sheen to Calabraxia where he would detonate and destroy the continent, a fact that he kept secret from General Hannah Brennan.
