Donald Sumpter (born 13 February 1943[1]) appeared in various Doctor Who television stories, as well as an appearance in the spin-off The Sarah Jane Adventures.

He was also considered for the roles of Scobie, Bilton and Sheard in Time-Flight (TCH 35) and Bulic in Warriors of the Deep. (TCH 38)
