Megan Matthews was a student at St Matilda's College in 1977. She chastised Lynn Pickering about her superstitions. She told the Fourth Doctor that Lynn had researched the history of the college. Frances Beckett later placed her into the alien spaceship. She showed Leela why the nuns wanted the abducted girls. The Doctor managed to get her out of the machine before the ship exploded.
