:Nah, this makes sense as far as I can see. I mean, The Killing Stone, in particular, was created after there was a whole thread in the old Forums that established we didn't cover the unlicensed released version, which eems like pretty close precedent. An unprod story is an unprod story. Might as well delete The Masters of Luxor because there was a famous fanfilm "remake" of it. Unlocking requestedit source
In June 2017, User:CzechOut deleted and locked Campaign (novel), saying that it should never be recreated. It's absolutely true that no page should be created for the fan-published novel; however, I think it wouldn't be at all out-of-line to create a page for the original pitch, with Template:Unprod template and in Category:Unproduced Doctor Who novels, analogous to pages we have for other rejected stories like The Krikkitmen, The Castle of Doom, Doctor Who and the Brain-Dead, The Killing Stone, etc. Would that be in violation of the rules? – N8 ☎ 14:21, June 5, 2018 (UTC)
- Nah, this makes sense as far as I can see. Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 17:47, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
