Titanthropes were an evolutionary offshoot of humanity which co-existed with Neanderthals on prehistoric Earth. Larger and more intelligent than their contemporaries, they developed a rudimentary culture, but came to a mysterious and violent end before modern humans appeared.

At some point, Professor Patrick Trethui discovered the remains of a Titanthrope, which he geneticially reconstructed, creating Vilgreth. (AUDIO: Last of the Titans [+]Loading...["Last of the Titans (audio story)"])
