Clixians were natives of Clix, a planet of the Raxas Alliance.

Biology[[edit] | [edit source]]

As with their fellow Raxas Alliance species, Clixians were humanoids. They had muscular bodies not too disimilar to humans, while standing as tall as the Raxacoricofallapatorians and Raxacoricovarlonpatorians. In contrast to the other Raxian races, their hands and feet closely resembled those of humans albeit with pronounced claws at the end of each digit, numbering five for each limb. They sported manes of black hair, like the Abzorbalovians, atop their heads, the skulls of which contained two eyes coloured pure black like the Raxacoricofallapatorians and Raxacoricovarlonpatorians, but of a smaller size closer to humans. Most distinctly from their allies, however, was that their faces ended in a bird-like beak which carried a set of small pointed teeth. They had pale yellow skin.

Like Raxacoricovarlonpatorians and humans, the latter of whom were known to be carbon-based lifeforms, Clixians were not affected by the level of acid rain which was deadly to the calcium-based Raxacoricofallapatorians. (COMIC: Doctormania)

Culture[[edit] | [edit source]]

According to Slist Fayflut Marteveerthon Slitheen, Clixians were complete control freaks. Clixians were seen to ride Clixian spinebacks in events such as Grand Raxian Hunt, in which they participated with their fellow Raxas Alliance races. Like the natives of Clom, Clixians wore minimal clothing save for underwear. Clixian hunters were additionally equipped with spears and metal braces worn on the wrist. (COMIC: Doctormania)

Technology[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Clixians possessed technology which enabled them to artificially control the weather of their homeworld. (COMIC: Doctormania)

The natives of Clix were members of the four world Raxas Alliance by the early 21st century, taking their lead from Raxacoricofallapatorius. (TV: The Gift)

In 3764, the Clixians hosted a peace conference for the Raxas Alliance on their homeworld, though the natives of Clom had already pulled out of it. When "the Doctor", who appeared as a guest speaker, was exposed as Slist Fayflut Marteveerthon Slitheen, the Clixians participated in the first Grand Raxian Hunt in decades against Slist and her human "companion", Rose Tyler. During this hunt, operators at the Clixian weather station were slaughtered by a death-squad of Jinglatheen, whom Gleda Ley-Sooth Marka Jinglatheen had sent via the station's transmat. Commandeering weather control, the Jinglatheen caused a bout of acid rain which killed numerous Raxacoricofallapatorians. The Ninth Doctor discovered that the Jinglatheen intended to take control of the Raxas Alliance by exploiting the tragedy, and this conspiracy was exposed by Slist. (COMIC: Doctormania)
