The proprietor of an old café in Stamford Bridge, England had their timeline rewritten during the course of the War Master's visit with Cole Jarnish in 1976, due to the presence of Time Lord weaponry nearby.
When the pair first entered the café, they were a man. By the time the Master began explaining the significance of their whereabouts to his companion, the proprietor had become a woman.
