Ukarme was a commander on YT45 who discovered the Fifth Doctor in a daze. Takol later asked him to find Peri Brown and Erimem. He found Erimem in field and Peri encapsulated in the Kyropite's. Takol wanted him to harvest the Kyropites. He later took Erimem prisoner, but was actually part of the Federation Drugs association and was undercover to find out what happened to the original research team. (AUDIO: The Mind's Eye)
