Clem Fel-Hetch Blathereen was a member of the group of criminal Blathereen in the 26th century. She worked with Don Arco( The Blathereen leader) to try and move the entire Justica system and use it as a giant flamethrower. Her plans were foiled by the Ninth Doctor and the remaining Slitheen.

Clem Sel Hetch Blathereen was one of the Blathereen criminal group in the 26th century and the cousin of Ermenshrew Blathereen. He disguised himself as a human pilot piloting a shuttle taking Rose Tyler to Justice Prime. He was then attacked by Dennel (who hid aboard the shuttle); they tried to use his palm print on the shuttle's flight console, but his skin suit was destroyed when a flame from a lighter interacted with his compression field's gas exchange. The shuttle then spiralled off course and crashed on Justice Delta. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
