Cadrin was a Commander in the Chancellery Guard. He and Valcon were tasked with security on a Time Lord waystation. As the Eleven approached with the Ravenous, he reported movement in 7G to Valcon, who did not believe him. The Eleven set the Ravenous loose on him. (AUDIO: Day of the Master)
