The elevation unit (AUDIO: Mutually Assured Destruction) or repulsor (AUDIO: The Enemy of My Enemy) was a component of the base unit of the Dalek motor casing, which allowed Daleks to ascend to hover position via an antigravity mechanism (PROSE: Prisoner of the Daleks) using Dalek thrusters.
