Commander Jevon of the Chancellery Guard encountered Romana II returned after she returned to the N-Space Gallifrey. He tried to stop Slyne from entering the Chancellor's office. (AUDIO: Ascension)
Whilst patrolling the Capitol, Jevon witnessed the unauthorised materialisation of a TARDIS and demanded that the pilot identified themselves. The pilot, Trave, eventually stepped out and shot him twice with a staser, killing him. (AUDIO: Havoc)
