How do you like Donna? She was such a rubbish companian, I admit Martha was rubbish at the begining but in Torchwood she was amazing. Also in most people think the Tenth Doctor is the best, and I do too. But that it what I think! I do aggree Sylvia Noble is the most annoying person ever .

Martha Smith-Jones

Eh? Why did you move Martha back? The end credits list her as Martha Smith-Jones. As such, it's her name. I'm moving it back until you can say why it shouldn't be moved. --Golden Monkey 21:54, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Its like Rose. Her full name is Rose Marion Tyler, but the page's name is Rose Tyler. When people will search for Martha in the future, they will search "Martha Jones", not "Martha Smith-Jones".DuduDoctor 21:58, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Tenth Doctor companions

Why did you remove Matthew Finnegan and Emily Winter from the Companions template? They are the Doctor's new companions in the IDW comic book. It's also considered bad form to remove information without first explaining the rationale either in the Edit summary or on the talk page (where in fact I indicated why I added their names). I've put their names back into the list. They're redlinks only because I haven't had time to create their articles as yet. 23skidoo 19:11, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Hi, nice work, just a tiny thing...when adding the <ul> you need to make sure it ends off with the </ul> other wise it interacts with the infobox leaving a </div> on the top of page. Infobox pictures

I notice you've been setting several new infobox pictures to 300px width. Please set all infobox pictures to 250px, precisely. About 15 other templates depend upon infobox pictures having a 250px width. If a user really wants to get a closer view of the picture, they merely have to click on it. Thank you. Replacing images

I've noticed that quite a lot of your recent edits have been replacing images. Please don't replace images without consulting the community. If you think that a picture should be changed, post a note on the talk page of the article, with a link to the image. If the community agrees with the image to change it then you can add it to the page, but until then, please don't just change it without consultation. Thanks. Heya :) We'd like to create interlanguage links between this wiki and w:c:he.doctorpedia, but in order to do so, we'd need you to request a change in your url to w:c:he.doctorwho, which is available now that the old, useless he.doctorwho has finally been closed.

The conversion would still allow you to have linkages through w:c:he.doctorpedia. Basically it's just creating a "mask", in the same way that you can find our article about Rose Tyler at both w:c:tardis:Rose Tyler and w:c:doctorwho:Rose Tyler.

It's important to have this symmetry so that users know exactly how to get to all the Doctor Who wikis:

Christmas cheer

Happy holidays!

As this fiftieth anniversary year comes to a close, we here at Tardis just want to thank you for being a part of our community — even if you haven't edited here in a while. If you have edited with us this year, then thanks for all your hard work.

This year has seen an impressive amount of growth. We've added about 11,000 pages this year, which is frankly incredible for a wiki this big. November was predictably one of the busiest months we've ever had: over 500 unique editors pitched in. It was the highest number of editors in wiki history for a year in which only one programme in the DWU was active. And our viewing stats have been through the roof. We've averaged well over 2 million page views each week for the last two months, with some weeks seeing over 4 million views!

We've received an unprecedented level of support from Wikia Staff, resulting in all sorts of new goodies and productive new relationships. And we've recently decided to lift almost every block we've ever made so as to allow most everyone a second chance to be part of our community.

2014 promises to build on this year's foundations, especially since we've got a full, unbroken series coming up — something that hasn't happened since 2011. We hope you'll stick with us — or return to the Tardis — so that you can be a part of the fun!
