Private Jeff Moore was a soldier for UNIT. Moore served under Major Gareth Wolstencroft in 1999 when UNIT worked with the Eighth Doctor in Sweden to stop the Dominion pocket universe from breaking into their own universe. (PROSE: Dominion)
