Sylvia Syms OBE (6 January 1934[1]-27 January 2023[2]) played Mrs Pritchard in the Doctor Who television story Ghost Light.

She was also considered for the role of Doctor Solow in Warriors of the Deep before Ingrid Pitt was cast. (TCH 38)
