Talon was a CyberMondan. He was one of the Cybermen in the first wave led by Krail which invaded the Snowcap Base in Antarctica in December 1986, intending to detonate a Z-Bomb in its missile silo.
When Krail captured Ben Jackson and put Ben in the projection room, he told Talon to guard the door. When Ben lured him into the room and blinded Talon with a film, Ben stole his weapon and killed him. (TV: The Tenth Planet) Ben would have nightmares about his killing of Talon for years.
