The fourth instalment of Moments in Time was printed in DWM 459.

Summery[[edit]]

The Fourth Doctor blasts a Sontaran's head off with a bazooka. A confused Leela says she though the Doctor said "no killing". The Doctor claims that he said "no janis thorns. Bazooka is totally fine".
