A bullet-shaped Cyberon vessel was built especially to carry a Conversion Engine, and flown into the Jathar Expanse to retrieve it, with a crew of Cyberons headed by a Cyberon Commander.

After the Oblivion Spark chased it to the Laputa system and threatened to ram it, the Cyberons executed a last-ditch attempt at an escape by flying into the Merrapine Scar, an infamous space-time rift. The ship made it through in a damaged state, ending up in 2000 in the solar system with a single Cyberon left alive. It used the ship's remaining power to program a controlled crash into the Earth. The ship burned in the atmosphere, with only an escape pod containing the surviving Cyberon making it to the planet's surface. (PROSE: Flight of the Cyberons)
