Berkshire was an English county.

After narrowing down the landing site of a Nestene control sphere to a 15 mile radius in the Slough/Reading area (AUDIO: Vanguard) of Berkshire, (COMIC: Bat Attack!) Petronella Osgood, Colonel Shindi and Josh Carter travelled to the county in order to follow it from the ground. However, the sphere changed course and eventually landed in Buckinghamshire.
