Vincent Travers was the twin brother of Edward Travers. (PROSE: The Dreamer's Lament) Joseph Travers was his middle child.
In a parallel universe he worked for the General to create a genetic lock so that the terra-form bomb could be used by no one without the General and his say so. His great-granddaughter was Reisha Travers (PROSE: The George Kostinen Mystery), and in both realties she ended up meeting and forming a relationship with George 'Hobo' Kostinen (PROSE: The Children of January).
