Didn't really see a need for the cleanup tag.  Article seems pretty well written, for what's there.  But I'm not seeing any reference to Torchwood novels or audios, nor even to every appearance on television.  It needs a lot more from these sources to be considered complete. Didn't really see a need for the cleanup tag. Article seems pretty well written, for what's there.
