The Origins of the [[Toclafane]] Invasion started&nbsp;when the [[Tenth Doctor|the Doctor]] and [[Martha Jones]] refueling the Tardis using energy from the [[Cardiff rift]]. [[Jack Harkness]] spotted the Tardis and jumped on it sending it to the year [[100,000,000,000,000]]. There the last ever humans were preparing to board a ship that would take them to [[Utopia (planet)|Utopia]]. Martha, the Doctor and Jack went to a base where the ship was being built. They met [[Yana]] and [[Chantho]] who where going to stay behind because they could only activate the ship from the ground.

They eventually tried to reach [[Utopia (Utopia)|Utopia]]. With [[Martha Jones|Martha]], the [[Tenth Doctor]] and [[Jack Harkness|Jack]]'s help, the scientists [[Yana]] and [[Chantho]] were able to activate the [[Utopia Project rocket|rocket]] to send the humans to Utopia.


The Last Humans boarded the ship and guards for the project brought the TARDIS back to the base. But the Rocket needed to lift off and Jack Harkness went into a room and lifted canisters that helped let the ship go into space. Martha was talking to Yana and Chantho about the Doctor they were listening to Jack and The Doctor, Yana started to hear drumming.

It later appeared that Yana opened a watch and it was revealed to be a Chameleon Arc. He then discovered that he was the Master. Martha told the Doctor and Jack but it was to late, as Yana had killed Chantho and stolen the TARDIS. The Doctor reached the room and locked it to the last place where the Tardis went which was Cardiff [[2007]]. The Futurekind broke into the base and started to reach the room where the trio were. [[The Master (Harold Saxon)|The Master]] on the day where the Trio arrived was elected Prime Minister of the [[United Kingdom]] under the name of Harold Saxon. He had married and ran for Prime Minister since the Downfall of [[Harriet Jones]]. Martha contacted her family to make sure they were safe. Martha's parents were being watched by an agent hired by "Saxon" called [[Miss Dexter]].
One year later, the Master planned to launch the entire Toclafane fleet towards the universe itself, as he had plans to rule the entire universe and create a [[New Time Lord Empire]]. Martha travelled to London to stop him, but she was caught by the Master and taken aboard the ''[[Valiant (aircraft carrier)|Valiant]]'', who had been aware of her presence. In fact, she had tricked Professor [[Alison Docherty]] into revealing her location while she told a story that would make all of humanity say "Doctor" at one moment in time. The Doctor spent the year psychically tuning himself into the [[Archangel Network]] of satellites, and his youth was restored. [[Jack Harkness]] destroyed the paradox machine with an assault rifle. Martha discovered that her TV had a bomb on the back of it and it detonated. Martha, Jack and the Doctor all ran out and they drove to her [[Francine Jones|mother's]] house. She phoned her [[Tish Jones|sister]] on the way but she was taken by Goverment Agents and her [[Leo Jones|brother]] was told to take his family and go into hiding. Clive and Francine were later arrested.
While the invasion proper never occurred, the incident concerning the murder of President [[Arthur Winters]] at the hands of the [[Toclafane]] was reported as an invasion by [[Trinity Wells]]. The Doctor, Martha and Jack later found a way onto the [[Valiant]] and found out that at 8.02am the [[Toclafane]] were going to invade. They witnessed [[Arthur Coleman Winters|President Winters]] get killed by a Toclafane and the Doctor get hit by the Master's [[laser screwdriver]]. The Doctor aged 900 years in human form. And Jack kept getting killed repeatedly.

[[Martha Jones]] spent the year in between May [[2008]] and May [[2009]] traveling the world. Alien races and invaders did not go to the planet due to the fact that the human slaves where building missiles that would destroy them. On aboard the Valiant, Francine and Clive Jones were slaves of the Master as well as their daughter Tish. Jack Harkness was chained up in the engine room and was force fed, as for the Doctor he remained on the ship living inside a tent and forced to watch what ever the Master did.
 
Martha met with Tom Miligan a doctor and they travelled to Allison Docerty's lab and figured out a way to defeat the Toclafane which was zapping them by lighting or electricity. They discovered that the Toclafane where the humans from the year 100 trillion and the Toclafane that Martha captured had the memories of [[Creet]] a young boy whom Martha had met and liked him. Tom Milligan shot the Toclafane and killed it.

The Toclafane invasion was temporal war on Earth in the early 21st century by the Saxon Master, but, due to the actions of the Tenth Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness, the invasion never took place and only a few actually remembered it happening. The origins of the Toclafane Invasion lay in the last of humanity at the end of the universe in the year 100,000,000,000,000 trying to find a way to survive. They eventually tried to reach Utopia. With Martha, the Tenth Doctor and Jack's help, the scientists Yana and Chantho were able to activate the rocket to send the humans to Utopia.

The last of humanity boarded the ship and were sent away.
