A Weeping Angel was present in Medderton in 1967.

In its pursue of a "Rogue Angel" who had hidden inside human Claire Brown, it blocked the tunnel that led from Professor Eustacius Jericho's house to what had become the Quantum Extraction point.

With the Thirteenth Doctor planning to trap it looking at the other Angels in pursuit behind them, Jericho looked at it while Claire ran past it, although it managed to send him back in time to 1901 shortly after.

With only the Doctor left, it was locked in place as the Doctor looked at it while she ran past it, but realised she had to look away to get out of the tunnel. As she turned her back she saw it not following after her, to her surprise. Asking it as to why, she showed herself blinking to it, surprisingly discovering that it didn't move a bit.
