Sergeant Anthony "Tony" Bee was a PT instructor and part of the Southern Welsh Regiment based at Caregan Barracks. He mysteriously went rogue and committed several murders. Torchwood Three investigated.
He had a brief but passionate relationship with Sandra Applegate.
While supposedly on leave, Sergeant Bee stole a jeep and some scuba equipment.
Bee returned to Caregan and the authorities attempted to arrest him. He resisted arrest and was confronted by Corporal Schilling as he stole an amphibious Land Rover Wolf, loaded with tools, from the barracks garage. He killed and digested Schilling, then drove the Wolf Rover at the exit barrier, where he was confronted by Privates Kandahal and Foxton. He shot and killed Kandahal with his Browning, then allowed Foxton to kill him.
Bee wasn't the type of soldier who disobeyed a direct order. He was well respected and admired by his fellow soldiers, although some of the officer - specifically Lieutenant-Colonel Daniel Yorke - disapproved of his fraternisation. (PROSE: Another Life)
