Maule was the empress of the Ogrons. She captured the Monk and Missy whilst they were looking for the Master. Her great-great-great-grandfather was the leader of the forces the Master used to provoke the war between the Human Empire and the Draconian Empire. Because they were not paid by the Master her family nearly lost the imperial line. She asked the Monk to pay the debt which was now a galaxy plus a few planets, due to compound interest. He could not pay so she sentenced him to be sacrificed to the Crab god. She got angry after Missy killed it. (AUDIO: Too Many Masters)
