(PROSE: Future Legend) Iris met a prisoner at the Boulevard who - unbeknownst to her - was actually Panda at a different point in his timeline. The Director of the Boulevard, Godfather Valentine, worked with Cousin Sparrow to convince Iris that the Boulevard was decaying and tricked her into thinking that she had destroyed it.
