David Hankinson was a Dalek operator in the BBC Wales Doctor Who series in 2005-2008. He also voiced Anton Lichtfuss in Loups-Garoux and played Max in P.R.O.B.E.'s Ghosts of Winterborne in 1996. In 1997, he played a character called Peter in A Little Rain Must Fall and was uncredited as a London work officer in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in late 2009.
He also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
