Just checking before editing it, given the template still on the page, but I was wondering: does the article's opening have to be so long. At present, the article's opening is a staggering ten paragraphs long. Now of course, it is a regeneration episode and an end to the Chibnall era of the show and a lot did occur in it, but must it be so long? For comparison, The End of Time (TV story), Twice Upon a Time (TV story) The Time of the Doctor (TV story) only have 7-8 paragraphs and most of those paragraphs are considerably shorter than the ones within this article. It seems excessive. Concerns about other editorsedit source
Okay I am only doing this article because A) I created it first and two I am allowing people to continue this page after the episode is aired so they don't have to create another one – The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dophonlin5 (talk • contribs) .
- Technically speaking this page shouldn't exist until the episode has aired. Najawin ☎ 19:33, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
Yes, I know but I feel like this is a perfect way to do it early plus as you can see on the page, I have not spoiled ANYTHING at all. Dophonlin5 ☎ 20:36, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
- Story pages can't be created until they've been broadcast. That's the rule, I'm afraid. Jack "BtR" Saxon ☎ 19:39, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
Alright alright then... Blasted TARDIS WIKI Rules for this. Delete it then Dophonlin5 ☎ 19:42, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
- Unfortunately. I don't think I've ever seen anybody actually agree with our spoiler policies, but we don't have any way to currently facilitate the discussion to overturn or modify them. 22:30, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
David Tennant is officially the Fourteenth?edit source
I just wanted to check because I've seen two news articles claiming it's been confirmed by RTD himself. WaltK ☎ 21:00, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
- It has been. See https://www.doctorwho.tv/news-and-features/david-tennant-is-the-fourteenth-doctor. Bongo50 ☎ 21:03, 23 October 2022 (UTC)

The Master-Doctoredit source
Should the Sacha Dhawan Doctor be counted as a unique incarnation? The Doctor (The Power of the Doctor), perhaps? WaltK ☎ 22:05, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
