Robin Phillips (28 February 1942-25 July 2015[1][2]) played Altos in the Doctor Who television story The Keys of Marinus.

Phillips was partnered with hotel manager Joe Mandel. They had first met in 1962, and became partners in 1971. They remained together until Phillips' passing in 2015.[3]
