Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

Mrs Croot was to have made a second appearance in the episode The Runaway Bride but her scene ended up on the cutting room floor. In the sequence, the Doctor and Donna Noble used a bus to travel to Donna's wedding reception, on which they encountered Mrs Croot. Actor David Tennant and executive producer Julie Gardner expressed their sadness about the scene being cut during their audio commentary for The Runaway Bride.
