3-D Week: It's a Real Spectacle! was a 1993 promotional commercial made by the BBC to advertise 3-D Week, a week of BBC One programming filmed with the Pulfrich effect in mind. One of the highlights of this week was the 30th anniversary story TV: Dimensions in Time.
The advertisement featured a rare post-Survival and pre-TV movie appearance of Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor. The Doctor appeared in the living room of the protagonists, lifting his hat to the audience, before vanishing in the TARDIS.

A man, a woman, and their dog sit watching their television, wearing 3-D glasses, enthralled but terrified. As they watch, the TARDIS partially materialises before them. The Seventh Doctor steps out, lifts his hat, points to the television and then himself before the TARDIS vanishes again. As a nature program comes on, their living room takes the appearance of a wild jungle and is filled with wild beasts. As Top of the Pops comes on, they become Punk Rockers. Finally, the room fills with water and a shark as Lost at Sea with Blue Peter comes on.
