Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]
Kitty Pryde suffers from a restless night where she is thrust from her bed and put onto a movie set alongside her former X-Men team members. Professor X acts as the director scripting the other X-Men, who are revealed to be actors without superpowers. Kitty is left puzzled by the events but Rachel Summers explains that reality has ceased to exist which has allowed exploitors to take control. Rachel uses her powers and is later seized on Professor X's orders. Kitty uses her ability to phase through solid matter in order to free Rachel from her chains. With Rachel gone, Professor X orders the X-Men to turn on Kitty and they reveal themselves to be Warwolves.
Back in her bed Kitty awakes and learns that the whole ordeal had been a dream, however escaping into the night Kitty witnesses a Phoenix in the sky and questions what this means.
