Hera Hoffer (born 18 September 1987), known professionally as Jinkx Monsoon, is an American drag queen, actress, comedian and singer who portrayed Maestro in Doctor Who Season 1.

Jinkx competed on and won the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2013,[2] and also competed on and won the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars in 2022, earning her the title of "The Queen of All Queens".[3]
