Peri Godbold was a designer and art editor for Doctor Who Magazine and an art editor for The Essential Doctor Who. She was also an occasional letterer on comic strips seen during the late Marvel Comics era.
Working on the magazine on and off since 1989, as art editor she was notably responsible for redesigning the magazine for the Thirteenth Doctor's era in issue 523 in 2018. She retired following issue 589 in 2023, whereupon she was succeeded by former designer Mike Jones.
She was credited for her "invaluable assistance and generosity" in It's Even Bigger on the Inside, first published 2015, alongside many others.
