Anthony Debaeck (24 June 1967-30 August 2013[1]) played the French newsreader in the Doctor Who story Army of Ghosts, the Torchwood stories Children of Earth: Day Three and Children of Earth: Day Four, and The Sarah Jane Adventures story Secrets of the Stars.
Debaeck is one of only two actors to appear as the same character in all of the first three BBC Wales series. The other is Lachele Carl as Trinity Wells. Although Katy Manning as Jo Jones also qualifies for this if audio dramas are taken into account.
