Gemma Houlbrooke was part of the resistance against Divine Intervention and interrogated Andy Davidson in 2050. She knew that he and his friends came from 2020 and had them arrested as soon as they arrived. She wanted to know why they were there. She tried to same tack with Tania Bell and try to deadname her to aggravate her. She wanted to know why the Doctor chose his name, and if he was a killer.
