Callum Jeffries was a doctor working for UNIT in 2015. Dr Harry Sullivan wrote a memo to Dr Callum Jeffries on 15 June, 2015, claiming to have made a significant discovery in the fight against HIV. David Daniels, Sullivan claimed, was HIV positive, but surviving because of a metagenic compound within his bloodstream that was acting as an antivirus.
