Whilst disguised in the skin suit of Lord Mayor of Cardiff Margaret Blaine, Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen claimed to Cathy Salt that she had sent so many memos egarding the lights in the ladies toilets that she had lost count. Infact, the lights only appeared to be "on the blink" from the light created as Blon removed her skin suit. (TV: Boom Town)
