- Sontaran weapons include rheon carbine swagger sticks, explosives, and laser guns.
- The Sontarans' fleets include claw-shaped motherships and spherical single-occupant ships.
- The Sontarans' aim is to conquer, as they are obsessed with war.
- The Sontarans' crimes include their invasion of Gallifrey, unsanctioned time travel, their attempted poisoning of Earth, and their exploiting of the Flux to wage war across multiple worlds and time periods.
- While the Sontaran fleet was wiped out by the Flux, more clones are always being produced.
