History[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 1925, the Toymaker sold Stooky Bill to Baird's assistant, Charles Banerjee, for the television experiment, which caused Bill to catch fire, in a sense "killing" him. He was survived by his wife, Stooky Sue, and their three Stooky Babbies.

Stooky Bill's face and giggle was embedded by the Toymaker in every screen on Earth until internet access became global in 2023, which he used to cause the Giggle. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])
