In the Hesguard Institute, after being told that she couldn't be alone with the patient due to their protocols, Rose Tyler told Director Highsmith that Highsmith had to do whatever she said, noting "I say jump, you make like Zebedee".

Just after a young boy arrived in the Magic Garden by train, Zebedee landed near him, and watched as the boy subsequently left in Noddy's car. (TV: Future Generations [+]Loading...["Future Generations (TV story)"])

Zebedee had a round red head with a large nose, black eyes, and a black moustache and tuft of hair. He wore a yellow outfit with a black stripe and collar along with a white bow tie with blue spots. He had blue hands and below his torso was a spring. which he seemingly used for movement. (TV: Future Generations [+]Loading...["Future Generations (TV story)"])
