The twelfth series in The Fourth Doctor Adventures range of audios was released by Big Finish Productions in 2023. It featured Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, Louise Jameson as Leela and Nerys Hughes as Margaret Hopwood.

The first two stories were released on 2 March 2023 and were available as an individual download, or could be purchased together in New Frontiers. The last four were released in the same manner on June 2023, and were collected in Angels and Demons.
