Amanda Caulfield was a person of interest for Intrusion Countermeasures Group in 1963. She had an affair with the Minister of Defence Stephen Mulryne and a Russian spy, Alexei Salinsky. She told Ian Gilmore about a leaked briefcase. She posed as Eleanor Vale, the wife of Gideon Vale. She welcomed Rachel Jensen to her house. She employed Ace as her maid. She disliked the way that Ace made her tea. She tried to stop the Seventh Doctor and Ian Gilmore from entering her house.
