Royal Collection

The Royal Collection, also known as the National Gallery, was the art collection owned by the British Royal Family. River Song went there in 5145 to get a painting by Vincent van Gogh to give to the Eleventh Doctor. Elizabeth X caught her but, after River explained her purpose, allowed her to take it.
