Moon Landing was a TV Comic story featuring the First Doctor, John and Gillian.

In 1970, the first men from the planet Earth land on the Moon. The two astronauts are dismayed to discover the Doctor's TARDIS. Going to investigate, they fall down a crevasse. Fortunately, the Doctor, John and Gillian see what has happened and come to their aid. They return to the TARDIS to talk, where the astronauts voice their concern that they were not the first men on the Moon after all. However, the Doctor assures them they were the first men to literally set foot on the Moon and then bids them farewell.
