The Dr Who Annual 1976 was the tenth Doctor Who annual. It was published by World Distributors and released in September 1975.

All stories within the annual are reflective of the Doctor/companion line up of the Fourth Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan that had been present in the television stories throughout 1975, however shortly after this annual was published Terror of the Zygons was broadcast with Harry remaining on Earth as the Doctor and Sarah depart in the TARDIS.
